G-Stomper Rhythm for PC

Added a new switch in MIDI setting to allow MIDI device connections being auto-confirmed after 10 seconds (Setup / MIDI / Auto-Confirm MIDI device connections after 10 seconds)
Fixed a bug in the MIDI connection process which blocked the UI in some rare situations
Fixed several minor bugs in the system file picker handling in portrait mode
Updated to the NDK version r28c
Several other minor bugfixes
